How do you bend pre-painted aluminium sheets without damaging them?
Picot three-roller hydraulic bending machines solve this problem.
Because the sheet is not pinched between the rollers, there is no lamination. This makes it possible to bend any type of decorative part: aluminium, Alucobond®, Reynobond®, stainless steel, mirror-finish stainless steel, etc.
Symmetric bending also ensures perfect control of profiles.
In combination with the Easyroll smart material database, even a unit part can be created on the first attempt with no correction.
